Jim Burphy/President/Senior Structural Partner

Mr. Burphy has forty (40) years of diversified experience in the planning, design, permitting and construction of public and private sectors’ infrastructural projects. His experience transcends such projects as roadways, public buildings (low and high rise), water and wastewater treatment facilities, flood control structures, solid waste handling and management and other industrial facilities

James Khalil/Vice-President/Senior Electrical Partner

Mr. Khalil possesses thirty-two (32) years of extensive experience in project management and design of electrical systems for local and federal government as well as the private sector. He is responsible for manpower allocation, project assignment and overall project management, as well as the design of lighting, power, telecommunications, lightning, and fire protection.
